For the mobile application, the team opted for a cross-platform solution using Flutter, replacing the outdated native apps for iOS and Android. The team also integrated several powerful third-party services: Boldsign was used for generating and managing multi-party lease contracts and e-signatures, while Amazon Textract and Rekognition were implemented to automate document and facial scanning, accelerating the tenant registration process.

• Streamlined Registration Process: The integration with Amazon Textract and Rekognition significantly improved the tenant onboarding experience by automating document and face verification, leading to a faster and more efficient rental process.
• Quality-of-Life Upgrades: Numerous smaller improvements were made across both the mobile app and the back-office web application, providing a better overall experience for tenants and the Twinlite management team.
