Develop and implement content plans for Facebook, YouTube, Website, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring brand consistency and optimization for each channel.
Create and manage weekly/monthly content calendars, maintaining posting frequency.
Manage and grow online communities via comments and messages, participate in LinkedIn/Facebook group discussions, and increase brand visibility.
Stay updated on trends, analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, followers, etc.), and recommend improvements for better engagement.
Collaborate with other teams to create diverse content, from technical insights to industry perspectives.
Plan and implement activities to enhance brand awareness, expand market influence, and build a competitive advantage.
Share stories about company culture, core values, workplace, and events to convey a positive brand image.
Handle other tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Languages, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Solid understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and analytics tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Experience in building and managing effective social media channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and ability to quickly adapt to trends.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing software is a plus.
Strong marketing mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Good command of English, especially in writing.
