We are a growing software development company delivering Web and Mobile App Development for international clients.
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our client base globally. This role is open to ambitious freshers as well as experienced sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research new business opportunities and potential target accounts (startups, SMEs, digital agencies, product companies, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
Initiate conversations with prospects, understand their business challenges and identify potential collaboration opportunities before handing off to sales team.
Maintain CRM hygiene (leads, stages, notes)
Support the sales process by preparing materials, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams.
Suggest improvements to outreach strategy.
Experiment with new outbound approaches (content-led, referral-based, events, etc.).
Collaborate closely with sales team to align goals and messaging.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or related fields.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, sales-related activities, preferably in B2B or IT field. However, fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills, high motivation, and a strong desire to build a career in international sales are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional command of English (writing and speaking).
Experience engaging international clients across regions such as the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, Singapore, or Japan is a plus.
Persistent, self-motivated, and able to think creatively to solve problems.
Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
Quick learner, comfortable with new tools, processes, and terminology commonly used in the IT industry.
